Title: Punkin Butter

1tsLemon juice
1tsLemon rind
1lbPumpkin, mashed
1/2cOrange juice
3/4cBrown sugar
1/8tsGround ginger
1/8tsGround cinnamon
1/8tsGround cloves
1/4tsSalt

Bring all ingredients to a boil in a heavy pan. Reduce heat and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Chill for 4 hours. Great on toast, English muffins.
